The Store located in Arlington was such a great experience!!! The sweet worker Amya was SUCH an angel. She helped us pick yet again another puppy through the company within a span of 48 hours!! Not rushing us or pressuring and being 100% transparent…on top of all that she had the time to tend to us and other customers in the store. This girl can work. And the PUPPY!!! we ended up getting a corgi and a cavalier….adore them both dearly!!!

A young man named Connor helped me. And when I tell you the customer service was beyond exceptional I mean it, it felt more like a friend educating me and showing me what I needed then a worker. I highly recommend this place over any others.

I walked into Pettito expecting a pet store. What I found… was an entire civilization of animals. Everywhere I looked…animals. Not some animals. Not a few animals. All animals. Wall-to-wall, corner-to-corner, like I had accidentally stepped into a nature documentary where I was both the observer and somehow part of the ecosystem. Which, to be clear, was perfect because I came looking for animals. But here’s where things took a turn. As I moved through the store, I began making eye contact with them. One by one. Dog. Cat. Something small and fuzzy that knew too much. And in those moments… I realized we were communicating. Not with words. No, no. Something deeper. A silent understanding. They were happy. Not just “fed and watered” happy… deeply content, well-loved, living-the-good-life happy. The kind of happy that says, “Yes, I am thriving here… but I am also ready for my next chapter with someone who needs me.” And I felt that. Personally. At one point I nodded at a dog. The dog nodded back. We both understood what was happening. Also… and I did not tell anyone this… but I named every single animal I saw. Every. Single. One. Not out loud. No need. The names simply… arrived. Fully formed. Deep within my subconscious. That cat? Gerald. The dog? Don’t ask me how I knew, but that was a Franklin if I’ve ever seen one. They all have names now. I alone carry this responsibility. What truly stood out, though, is how well Pettito treats their animals. These creatures are cared for like royalty. Clean spaces, attentive staff, and an obvious sense of love and respect for every animal there. Honestly, they’re probably eating better and living more emotionally fulfilled lives than I am… and I respect that. If you’re looking for your next best friend or if you just want to briefly enter a world where animals and humans share a quiet, meaningful understanding… this is the place. 10/10. Would absolutely return to visit Gerald and the others.

Well, I just wanna say that Petitto, Plano made the process very smoothly for me and my girls to get our new little bundle of joy to bring home although we were trying to decide on which new pup we wanted. They were very very nice. Marty was awesome when it came to showing us The puppies that we were interested in and Hannah was awesome when it came to doing all the paperwork, And we will be getting a boy what are you doing? things ran smoothly and my girls are in love with Miss Savvy. They have decided to keep her name, but also add to it so Miss Savvy- Cherrie welcome to your forever home. I am counting down the days for when we come back to get our second one. Thanks sooo much!
